Designers such as Eudon Choi and and Daks showed us fantastic modern representations of 60s Mod, creating structured architectural garments that emphasized asymmetry. Daks’ use of monochromatic ensembles and color blocking really encompasses the time period.
Holly Fulton and  Felder paid gorgeous tribute to the Glam Rockers.  A rainbow wave of colorful fur coats and mini skirts emphasized the feeling of unapologetic originality that the period is known for. Utilizing a palette of Pastel pinks, mint greens, and soft silhouettes. Fulton gave us a very feminine, focused interpretation of Glam Rock.
In a Vivienne Westwood inspired fete, Sibling’s audacious, punk rocker inspired collection hit all the right notes. Avoiding the expected elements of spikey gutter punk, the designer reached a bit deeper to craete a softer more feminine silhouette with just as much attitude.
