The charismatic British songstress says “Hello” to Vogue once again as she lands her second cover for the title’s March 2016 issue. This past year has been a whirlwind of successes for the singer. With her latest album, 25, selling over 8 million units and claiming the winning spot on the billboard charts for 2015, the Grammy Award winner sits down with Vogue magazine for an intimate interview and cover editorial. Photographed by iconic photographer to the stars, Annie Lebovitz, Adele is captured in a few of Spring’s most sensational frocks from brands including Burberry, Erdem, Giambattista Vali, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Gucci. “I was just shocked that all of a sudden I was 25!” Adele told Vogue Editor, Hamish Bowles in her cover interview. “But actually I like myself more than ever. I feel so comfortable in my own skin. I really like how I look, I like who I am, I like everyone that I surround myself with. Obviously I have insecurities,” she added, “but they don’t hold me back.” After the songtress’s record breaking release of her album 21, which sold over 30 million copies, and garnered her an incredible 6 Grammy’s, the artist did something that we didn’t expect. With accusations that the publication photoshopped the artist’s body to make her thinner and ultimately fit into the beauty standards of the magazine, many fans and activist alike where upset that they didn’t get the authentic ‘Adele’ that they had come to love. While there doesn’t appear to be any major body contouring in this latest appearance, the ‘Hello’ singer does admit that she’s healthier, happier, and thinner. “I was trying to get some stamina for my tour,” she told Vogue. “So I lost a bit of weight.
